Service Description

I. 1-50-minute Session -- "Discovery: Let's Get to Know You!" During this Discovery Session, we begin to get you ready to present your Best Self during interviews. Together we pinpoint: -- Highlights of school and/or work experience that lends to school or job where client is applying to. -- Leadership Skills -- Top Achievements -- Strengths -- Challenges Faced - Craft answers to real-life interview questions posed on the above topics. - Learn how to make that all-important great First Impression! - Discuss the importance of body language and non-verbal behavior. - Finalize interview follow-up protocol. Interview Prep: The client's resume is requested beforehand for review. Cam also does a deep dive into the company/school where the client is interviewing to research company culture, staff, interview styles and hiring requirements. This helps us hit the ground running as Cam gets to know you during the Discovery session. Interview Follow-Up Report: Clients receive a detailed follow-up report that reviews all discussion points covered during the session. This report helps clients feel prepared, less anxious and more confident going into interviews. II. 1-50-minute Rehearsal Session This Rehearsal Session builds upon the Discovery Session where we: - Learn how to craft and use Talking Points to rehearse answers to real-life interview questions discussed during the Discovery Session. - Uncover your own unique story that boosts your visibility and sets you apart from the competition. - Discuss how to find commonality with the interviewer. - Fine-tune important interpersonal speaking skills - Review key questions to ask the interviewer. Interview Follow-Up Report: Clients receive a detailed follow-up report that reviews all discussion points covered during the session. This report helps clients feel prepared, less anxious and more confident going into interviews. III. 1-50-minute "Real Life" Interview Session This third session gets down to business! We prepare to go through the motions of a "real life" situation, where an interview is conducted asking real-life questions on topics that have been covered throughout earlier sessions. Clients will be prepared to discuss their job-related experiences, leadership skills, top achievements, strengths, and challenges faced. The client will have rehearsed their Talking Points in preparation for this interview.
